The STARR team routinely reflects the most important things I want in a property management company: (1) honestly; (2) a quick and helpful response to matters that arise; and (3) "no surprises" - I want to be kept proactively informed on issues that impact me.

The best things about Starr: our neighborhood is so friendly and quiet with kind neighbors, and we have never had to wait for a response for anything! Love them!

Starr Properties is one of the best management companies that I have ever encountered. They are friendly, prompt and provide excellent maintenance service. They are not greedy or money grabbing and are really helpful to you. I cannot praise them enough.
